We are normally shipping packages 2-3 business days after each order is received currently. Shipping carriers have been slower to deliver packages than normal. With the exception of overnight service, we are not responsible for delays in transit, nor will paid shipping costs be refunded for late deliveries.
Please call us and check inventory of items if you require a quick turn time. Order volumes have increased substantially and have been stressing our supply chain.
Order Processing
We are a small business that operates Monday through Friday. If your order is placed on a weekend or recognized holiday, it will not be processed until the next business day of ours.
Orders received after 11AM Arizona time will be processed the next business day.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is shipped via Courier, UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. We choose the method that is least expensive.
Free shipping is not valid for oversized items (dimensionally & weight based), and crating and actual freight charges will apply to all sales where this shipping method is the best.
Shipping Service Substitution
We reserve the right to select or substitute a comparable carrier/delivery service for your shipment without further notice.
Estimated Delivery Dates
We strive to ship all orders of stocked orders within 3 business days of receipt. If we are not able to meet this commitment, we will contact you via email to provide a timeframe for the delay in shipment. All provided delivery dates and shipping day are estimate only, other than overnight options, which are guaranteed. UPS, USPS and Maverik Manufacturing do not guarantee a delivery date on any other service than overnight.
Inspection Period

RETURNS
We strive to provide our customers with the best quality products at the most affordable prices. As a convenience, we offer a simple return process, something that most of our competitors do not.
How to Initiate a return for refund:
Custom Orders are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be less a 20% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping.
We happily accept returns of our products that meet the above criteria on the following conditions

IF ITEMS RECEIVED ON RETURN ARE FOUND DAMAGED WITHOUT AN INITIAL REPORTING OF DAMAGED WHEN RECEIVED BY CUSTOMER, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
Held Orders
Orders that are put on hold per customer request and not provided input for shipping or cancellation of order are eligible for a full refund for 10 days post sale. Held orders post 10 days are only eligible to receive a 80% credit for future purchase of full price items.
Limited Warranties
We warrant our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship upon delivery and for thirty (30) days from the date of the delivery unless otherwise noted. This warranty is only for replacement of the products provided at initial purchase, NO refunds will be granted.
